St.George Suryabhishekaya 2022- Sinhala and Tamil New Year was held at the Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden Hotel, Seeduwa. St. George International Teacher Training institute organized a full day of traditional sports and competitions especially the crowning session of St.George Suryabhishekaya awurudu kumariya 2022. St. George Institute conducts a series of events to make it enjoyable study to courses.

The Convocation Ceremony for the Academic Year 2020 took place in February in the presence of the Chief Guest, Honourable Professor Emeritus, Kusuma Karunaratne, the Dean and Acting Vice Chancellor, University of Colombo. A special Classroom Management and Training Skills Seminar was held in 2019. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Suriya Bibile Country Head Pearson, UK. Those attending the seminar obtained firsthand knowledge on how to better manage classrooms and upgrade their training skills.
